As a native of Flagstaff, Joe Del Giorgio grew up attending San Francisco De Asis and then Flagstaff High School. Joe was a multi-sport athlete at Flagstaff High School, excelling at football and receiving academic honors and college scholarship offers. Joe then attended the University of Arizona and graduated cum laude with honors in 1997. He received a bachelor of science in business administration with a dual major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
After graduating from college, Joe worked as a consultant for several large international management consulting firms including Deloitte Consulting and Razorfish. His consulting work took him as far as South Korea and Holland while living in Los Angeles, CA. In 2002 Joe returned home to work for Flagstaff Bone and Joint. Joe is currently the CEO of Flagstaff Bone and Joint and has held this position for 14 years. Developing Flagstaff Bone and Joint from a two physician practice into a regional multi-specialty orthopaedic organization with 5 clinic locations, 16 providers, and 3,500 patient encounters per month.
Other applicable experience for Joe includes serving as a director and member on boards and committees including 5 years on the Northern Arizona Healthcare Quality and Safety Board, 2 years with Northern Arizona Healthcare Information Technology Committee, and over 5 years with the Orthopaedic Management Company. Joe has also been a volunteer head coach for the local chapter of NJB basketball. Joe is married with a 13 year old daughter and a 14 year son. While he is not caddying for his kids on the golf course, Joe enjoys spending time making meals for his family and traveling.
